One of the most overlooked ideas when writing content (and ads) is having calls to action. Some website owners forget that you have to ask for the business. Some e-commerce website owners understand this to the extent that they have calls to action on almost every page of their website.
Give your visitors the opportunity to react to your offering with nonanxiety producing, readily available, click through options. Some common calls to action are “Register Now,” “Sign Up Today,” and my personal favorite “Get Started.”
Calls to action are exceptionally important if your website is a lead generation site. People in general like to engage in a websites as long as it is done in a way that creates minimal anxiety. Calls to Action can enhance a visitor’s experience and greatly increase your chances of converting them into customers.
